Muhtadi became CEO of RAK Properties in 2022. The company holds a 4.65 million square meter land bank across 39 projects, as of February 2026. In 2025, it recorded $500 million in revenue and had assets worth $2.4 billion. That year, it launched Mirasol I & II, Anantara branded residences, Skai, Solera, ENTA, and Nura, and announced Giorgio Armani-designed beach villas. Muhtadi serves on the boards of Rafal Real Estate, GAMA Constructions Egypt, and Lootah Holding.
