Naaman cofounded Ellington Properties in 2014. The company reported in 2025 that it had 3,220 completed units and 12,622 under construction in the UAE. It also introduced Eaton Square in Dubai, its first Grade A commercial office project, and launched Windsor House, its first residential development in Dubai South. In 2026, it introduced its first hospitality-led project, The Meriva Collection.
