Saeed founded SEE Holding in 2003. As of January 2026, the group has completed 2,705 units, with 2,689 units under construction. The Sustainable City is SEE Holding’s flagship eco-friendly residential development, which has expanded into multiple communities across the UAE and Oman. SEE Holding reported $427.2 million in total assets and generated $103.9 million in revenue in H1 2025. In November 2025, SEE Holding partnered with King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) to explore the development of sustainable, mixed-use communities within the city.
