Fathy assumed his current role in October 2022. He leads the marketing transformation acceleration through data-driven strategy, digital innovation, and AI adoption overseeing initiatives across the UAE. In 2026, he directed the relaunch of the 'My PRIME Rewards' loyalty program to enhance customer engagement and retention. Fathy is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK).
