Kadi has overseen marketing, brand, and global positioning activities at KFSH since 2022. In 2025, he led initiatives focused on medical tourism, insurance integration, and international outreach. During the year, KFSH expanded its clinical trial activity and advanced in global hospital and brand rankings. KFSH performed the world’s first fully robotic heart transplant and robotic intracranial tumor resection. In 2025, it completed over 1,685 robotic surgeries and treated nearly 25% of Saudi Arabia’s cancer patients.
