Omantel announced partnerships with Oracle, PwC, Nagarro, Nama Shared Services, and other companies and Omani startups accelerated by the Omantel Innovation Labs for various cloud and cybersecurity solutions, while inaugurating the Firq Data Center. Omantel has been developing Maqroo, a dyslexic-friendly Arabic font. Al Busaidi sits on the board of Omantel Innovation Labs and chairs the Omani Esoports and Egaming Committee for the Government of Oman.
