Beltone’s main building received the EDGE ‘Level 2’ Green Building Certificate in 2025, awarded by the Green Business Certification Inc. under the supervision of the World Bank Group’s IFC. Beltone Securities Brokerage was the first company in Egypt licensed to trade carbon emissions reduction certificates and futures contracts under the Egyptian Financial Regulatory Authority. Khorshid has led the company since 2022. She is also the chairman of the bank’s managing board for the National Bank of Serbia and a board member at Al Baraka Group and the Sixth of October Development and Investment Company.
