Alsuwaiyan has been leading the DGA since it was established in 2021. The DGA is responsible for regulating public digital operations in Saudi Arabia, which includes the ‘Whole of Government Program’, integrating all government agencies, and the Cloud Adoption Program for Government Entities. In January 2026, the DGA approved nine government correspondence products for public and private technical sectors. Alsuwaiyan is a board member of the Saudi Business Center, and the National eLearning Center.
