Jol became CEO of AIQ in June 2025. The U.A.E.-based company, owned by Presight and ADNOC, develops enterprise AI solutions for energy operations. AIQ was valued at over $1.4 billion in May 2024. In November 2025, AIQ signed a collaboration agreement with Kongsberg Digital to co-design and deploy AI-powered optimization for drilling operations. That month, it also partnered with ADNOC’s Al Dhafra Petroleum to roll out Foresight, its AI-powered predictive maintenance solution, across the company’s wells. Jol brings more than two decades of commercial and operational leadership across the global energy value chain, having previously served as Vice-President International at DistributionNOW.
