Bahwan founded BCT in 1999. The company provides digital transformation solutions specializing in enterprise systems, AI, tech infrastructure, future-fit products, and IoT across BFSI, government, oil & gas, Power, supply chain & logistics, telecom, and retail sectors. It operates in more than 50 countries across North America, the Middle East, Far East, Africa, and Asia, as of January 2025. In May 2025, BCT expanded its AI-driven solutions into the U.S. through its BCT EXP unit, leveraging IBM watsonx and Maximo technologies with a focus on generative AI, automation, cloud services, and data platforms. In September 2025, BCT launched its Turing AI Lab. Bahwan is the founder and chairperson of Hind Bahwan Group, and the Family Business Council Gulf.
