Al Kuwaiti was appointed head of Cybersecurity for the U.A.E. Government, in 2020. The Cybersecurity Council oversees national cybersecurity capabilities and ensuring the protection of the country’s digital and critical infrastructure. In 2025, it signed an MoU with Presight enabling the CyberE71 program to join Presight’s AI-startup accelerator as a partner. Al Kuwaiti is chair of the Arab Cyber Security Ministers Council’s Cybersecurity Governance and Policy Committee, and managing director of the National Data Center under the Supreme Council for National Security.
