The PIF-owned SITE provides “secure-by-design” digital and cybersecurity solutions. It has three subsidiaries: METRAS, Rakeen, a joint venture with Korean AhnLab, and Sydr Systems by SITE. In November 2025, PIF, SITE, and Microsoft signed an MoU to deliver Microsoft’s sovereigncloud services in Saudi Arabia to strengthen data sovereignty and expand access to advanced cloud and AI capabilities. In October 2025, SITE signed an agreement with Local Content and Government Procurement Authority to launch Phase One of a national deployment of localized cybersecurity technologies, providing Rakeendeveloped cybersecurity solutions to over 15 government entities.
