AlMuhid became CEO of SAMI in February 2025. A PIF company, SAMI is Saudi Arabia’s national defense and security champion. In October 2025, subsidiary SAMI Advanced Electronics Company (SAMI-AEC) launched the Remal computer manufacturing project with HP and Foxconn to localize advanced digital industries. AlMuhid previously served as Group CEO and Managing Director at Saudi Chemical Company Holding and held senior roles at SABIC, Almarai, and the Saudi Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
