Established in 1978, Al Rushaid Group operates in oil & gas, manufacturing, engineering & contracting, offshore services, construction, technology, investments, trading, and commercial real estate. In February 2025, it formed a joint venture with Master Drilling to form a Saudi mining & excavation services entity. In December 2024, it sold a 50% stake in Compass Arabia to ADNH Catering, retaining the other 50%.
