AGC was founded in 1957. Today, the group operates in water infrastructure, oil and gas services, and advanced irrigation solutions across over 40 countries. In 2024, the Alkhorayef Industries Company was awarded a three-year contract with the Ministry of National Guard to provide maintenance services for military vehicles, marking its entry into Defense MRO. In the same year, AGC expanded its operations to new countries, including Iraq, Uzbekistan, Latin America, and Algeria, which resulted in sales growth of 12% compared to 2023.
