In September 2024, Ishraq Hospitality, the asset management and hospitality arm of the group, signed a hospitality management agreement with the Rekan Group to manage the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Batumi, Georgia. In the same month, Ishraq Hospitality partnered with the McGettigan Group to open the Goose and Gander at the Holiday Inn Express in Dubai Internet City. In January 2025, American Hospital Dubai announced a 10-year partnership in technology and innovation with Siemens Healthineers to enhance patient care outcomes.
