The Saud Bahwan Group was founded by Saud Salim Bahwan in 1965. The company operates across multiple sectors, including automotive, heavy vehicles, construction equipment, turnkey projects, and municipal services. It has partnerships with global brands such as Toyota, Lexus, Kia, BYD, MAN, Hino, and Komatsu. In December 2024, the company inaugurated BYD's first auto showroom in Oman. It is set to open two additional showrooms at Al Mouj and the Mall of Oman.
