Its Consolidated Can Manufacturing Company (CCMC) with its main manufacturing facility in Jeddah supplies cans to Al Qahtani Beverages, PepsiCo Jordan, and other PepsiCo bottlers worldwide. In 2025, Refad Real Estate Investment & Development, the real estate arm of Al-Qahtani Holding, signed an MoU with PIF-owned Adeera to jointly develop hospitality destinations in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province under Adeera’s Saudi-rooted hotel brands.
