Established in 1978, Al Rushaid Group operates in oil & gas, manufacturing, engineering & contracting, offshore services, construction, technology, investments, trading, and commercial real estate. The group’s subsidiary Al Rushaid Construction Co. (ARCC) completed numerous large-scale industrial, oil & gas, petrochemical, and infrastructure projects, among others across Saudi Arabia, including major works for Saudi Aramco, SABIC, and NEOM. In 2025, its Jac Rijk Al-Rushaid signed a contract with Maaden to provide phosphate ore extraction, handling, and refining services in the Phosphate 3 project.
