Alameri joined the Group at his current position in June 2025, before which he was CEO of Silal. He has two decades of leadership experience across the technology, agriculture, food, and supply chain sectors. As Agthia’s Vice Chairman from 2020 to 2025, Alameri helped shape the Group’s 2030 strategy, aligning its growth roadmap with the U.A.E.’s national food security goals. Alameri also serves as a board member of Lulu Retail.
