Eiroa became CEO of Dubai Holding Entertainment in 2021. Part of Dubai Holding, it develops, operates and manages some of Dubai’s key attractions and family destinations, including Dubai Parks and Resorts, Ain Dubai, The Green Planet Dubai, Coca-Cola Arena, Global Village, and The View Palm Jumeirah, among others. During Season 29, which ran from October 2024 to May 2025, Global Village recorded 10.5 million visitors. In October 2025, it transformed Riverland into The World of Riverland™, and opened T-REX Glamping, the region’s first premium sleepover with dinosaurs at Dubai Parks & Resorts.
