Nasrallah joined DASH as COO in 2004 and assumed his current role as CEO in 2013. Established in 1963, Dar Al Shifa was Kuwait’s first private hospital. In 2025, Nasrallah expanded hospital’s reach by launching a consultancy arm for accreditation support, establishing research collaboration with the Gulf University of Science and Technology, and partnering with SMART Education, the Applied Behavior Centre, and the Kuwait Society of the Handicapped to enhance care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
