Alharbi assumed his current role in 2023. He oversees 23,000 employees and assets worth around $1.33 billion. The cluster comprises more than 180 healthcare facilities, including 18 hospitals and over 160 primary healthcare centers, with a total capacity of 4,000 beds. In February 2026, it signed an agreement to establish a radiotherapy center. Alharbi is also a board member of Tamkeen Social Empowerment Association and a strategic partner in health-service coordination with the Royal Commission for AlUla.
