Al-Omari assumed his role in June 2025. As of May 2026, Al Mana operates eight hospitals and medical centers, with 1,300 beds across Saudi Arabia, and six subsidiaries. In Q1 2026, it began developing a 300-bed tertiary hospital in North Riyadh and launched another 200-bed hospital project in East Riyadh. In 2025, it expanded Al Jubail Hospital from 150 to 250 beds. It also initiated the development of a 250-bed hospital project in Hofuf and six new medical centers across Riyadh and the Eastern Province. Al-Omari is Professor of Medicine at Alfaisal University in Riyadh.
