Ziyadeh joined Julphar as CEO in 2023. Julphar was founded in 1980 in Ras Al Khaimah and today reaches over 40 countries worldwide, offering more than 300 products. It has 10 internationally accredited manufacturing facilities in the UAE, one in Ethiopia, and an $80 million biopharma plant under development in Saudi Arabia with the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON). In Q1 2026, it made $89 million in total revenues and had $484.6 million in assets as of December 2025. Ziyadeh previously held regional roles with GSK and Hikma Pharmaceuticals, and was CEO of Tabuk Pharmaceuticals.
