Mamlouk joined ATC in 1989 and has served as CEO since 2003. He spearheaded its transformation from a medical equipment distributor into an integrated healthcare solutions provider. ATC was listed on Boursa Kuwait in 2007. In Q1 2026, the company recorded $99 million in revenues and had assets worth nearly $1 billion. In 2025, ATC continued to support the success of advanced robotics telesurgeries, collaborated with ICU teams to introduce a secure AI-enabled ICU assistant, supported the implementation of RFID technology for blood bag traceability in Kuwait’s blood banks, and expanded access to genomic diagnostics.
