Haddadin joined Abbott in 2022 and assumed her current position in November 2024. In 2025-26, she supported market access initiatives for infectious disease diagnostics, with a focus on HIV screening and maternal health in Africa, as well as point-of-care testing (POCT) across Europe. Abbott is present across the Middle East and Africa through operations including ICME in Giza, Mediserv in Riyadh, Abbott Laboratories in South Africa, and St. Jude Medical Middle East DMCC in Dubai, which also supports operations in Türkiye. Haddadin previously held senior roles at Merck.
