In 2025, the company acquired 99.99% of hemodialysis equipment manufacturer Soludia Maghreb, valued at around $100 million, as well as the commercial rights to Cialis prescription tablets in Morocco from Eli Lilly and Company. Tazi is the general vice president of the Moroccan Federation of Innovation and Pharmaceutical Industry.
