Alfayyadh has been KFSH’s group CEO since 2017. KFSH operates with over 2,490 beds and 17,000 employees across facilities in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Madinah. In October 2025, KFSH announced Saudi Arabia’s first gene and cell therapy manufacturing facility on its Riyadh campus. Alfayyadh has served KFSH since 2001 across clinical and executive leadership and has over 39 published research articles. He serves as an advisor at the Saudi Royal Court and chairman of King Faisal Specialist Hospital International Holding Company.
