Al Kuwaiti has been directing SEHA since 2022. SEHA has 15 hospitals and 10 healthcare centers. During 2025, SEHA and its parent company PureHealth partnered with Cincinnati Children's through its SEHA Sheikh Khalifa Medical City on seven programs, while its Sheikh Tahnoon Bin Mohammed Medical City partnered in 2026 with Schoen Clinic Group to advance rehabilitation medicine in the UAE and wider GCC. In 2025, SEHA established two specialized diabetes centres in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, and introduced the CyberKnife S7 system at Tawam Hospital, a robotic radiosurgery platform for non-invasive precision cancer treatment. Al Kuwaiti joined SEHA-Tawam Hospital in 2004, and held multiple roles including regional CEO for SEHA Al Ain Region.
