Hadley joined NMC Healthcare Group in 2023 as CEO. He oversees 70 facilities in the UAE with over 11,500 employees. In 2025, it sold NMC Oman to Tawoos Group, and its 65% stake in Fakih IVF to Blue Ocean Health Group, acquired Orthoplus Bone and Joint Centre in Al Ain, and launched NMC Marina Paediatric Clinic. Hadley was at South Africa-based Mediclinic Group for 30 years. He is also a board member at Magrabi Health.
