Shahin joined M42 in June 2023 and assumed his current role as CEO of M42's Digital Health Solutions platform in December 2025, also serving as CEO of Abu Dhabi Health Data Services (ADHDS) and M42's Group Chief Digital Officer. In February 2026, ADHDS and TELUS Health announced an AI-powered employee wellbeing partnership, and in July 2026, ADHDS helped complete 12 disease registries with the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi. In November 2025, M42 worked with Oracle Health to create unified patient records accessible across the UAE.
