Alkhoshaibi has been leading Arada since its launch in 2017. To date, Arada has launched 11 projects in the UAE, delivering over 10,000 homes, with a pipeline of existing and future projects in the UAE, the UK and Australia valued at $35.4 billion. Arada recorded $4.7 billion in contracted sales and generated group revenues of $1.8 billion. Arada awarded $3.5 billion in construction contracts in 2025 and expanded into the UK after acquiring a 75% stake in Regal (now Arada London), as well as an 80% stake in London’s Thameside West mixed-use development.
