Aloraini has served as CEO of Soudah Development since October 2023. The company has investments valued at $3 billion. In 2025, it signed a $347 million agreement with National Grid Saudi Arabia to deliver integrated electrical infrastructure for Soudah Peaks and established a strategic partnership with WSP in 2025 to develop a regional planning framework guiding sustainable development across Soudah and parts of Rijal Almaa. Aloraini also serves on the board of KAFD and previously held roles at PIF, Bechtel, and Parsons.
