Beshara serves as the group CEO of Mohamed & Obaid Almulla Group, the parent company of American Hospital Dubai, which he also leads as CEO. In February 2026, American Hospital inaugurated a new hospital at Dubai Science Park, which performed an innovative RoboticScope Microsurgical Varicocelectomy in May. In June 2026, it introduced Bloom, a maternity program designed to provide support throughout the maternity journey. Beshara also sits on the board of trustees of Noor Dubai Foundation.
