Svinger previously oversaw 3M’s MEA operations as regional VP and MD, before its healthcare business spun off into Solventum in April 2024, when he assumed his current role. Solventum has been finalizing its separation from 3M, establishing its own legal entity structure around the world, while deploying its own ERP systems. Solventum approved a share repurchase program in November 2025, allowing the company to re-purchase up to $1 billion of its outstanding common stock. Svinger has been leading Solventum’s global Commercial Operations since the company was formed.
