Morshedy founded the Morshedy Group in 1983. The group developed over 15,000 units and has 40,000 more under development, as of January 2026. Its flagship projects include North Coast’s Zahra, Skyline, and One Kattameya. In 2025, the company delivered 2,000 units, established AKTI by Zahra, an entertainment hub, and launched Northed, a commercial area in the North Coast.
