Al Kindi became CEO in 2019. Dubai South has 2,550 completed units, with 2,670 more under construction, as of January 2026. In November 2025, the group launched its first retail and lifestyle project, the 18,580 square meter South Bay Mall. In 2025, it completed and handed over 800 residential units in the Pulse Beachfront project. Al Kindi is also the CEO of Duserve Facilities Management, and South Energy, subsidiaries of Dubai Aviation City Corporation (DACC).
