Al-Jaidah became President and CEO of UDC in January 2025. As of January 2026, UDC had 22,650 completed units worth $3 billion, and had the Corinthia Hotel, Beach Club & Villas project on Gewan Island under development. In 2025, UDC reported $5.1 billion in total assets and $531 million in revenue as it completed 17 Villas, three Residential buildings including Giardino Village & La Plage Southfour towers including Porto Arabia & Floresta Gardens, and 125 retail units. Before UDC, Al-Jaidah was CEO of Qatar Cool.
