Naoum joined Stryker in 2018 and assumed his current role in January 2026, leading strategic growth and healthcare partnerships across the region's developed and emerging markets. In 2024, Stryker opened its first regional headquarters in Saudi Arabia; in 2025, it launched the EEMEA Innovation Center in Dubai as a regional hub for physician education and clinical collaboration, hosting 168 events and welcoming more than 2,400 healthcare professionals to date. Between 2024 and July 2026, Stryker supported 166 clinical education events across the region, training over 1,500 healthcare professionals. Naoum is also a member of MECOMED, AmCham Saudi Arabia, AmCham Dubai, and the US-UAE Business Council.
