Kenanah was first appointed CEO of EHS in 2019 before becoming group CEO of the Emitac Group of Companies in late 2024. The group was established in 1976. It operates across MEA and is jointly owned by Bukhatir and Ghobash Group. In June 2026, it partnered with Overture Life to bring the company's DaVitri automated IVF laboratory platform to fertility clinics across the UAE. Kenanah serves as the chairman of the Dubai MedTech Business Group under Dubai Chamber.
