Kaddoumi assumed his current position in 2024, having first joined Medtronic in 2012. He oversees over 100 offices across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. In December 2025, he led the launch of the EurAsia AI Leadership Academy in partnership with global business school INSEAD. Kaddoumi previously served as GE HealthCare’s general manager for Saudi Arabia. He is a board member of the Arab Gulf States Institute and Synergos.
