AlQasimi was mandated by Abu Dhabi Capital Group’s (ADCG) board in 2015 to establish, develop, and lead Capital Health, ADCG’s dedicated healthcare platform. He concurrently serves as CEO of its two core verticals: Health Shield Medical Center and Specialized Rehabilitation Hospital (SRH). In June 2026, SRH broke ground on a facility expansion to increase capacity to over 230 beds, add more than 30 outpatient clinics and treatment rooms, and create approximately 12 Bayt Al Qudra rehabilitation gyms. Previously, AlQasimi served as Chair of Pediatric Services for Ambulatory Healthcare Services at SEHA.
