Dhaini joined Cerner, now Oracle Health and Life Sciences, in 2011 and assumed his current role in July 2022. He has worked closely with governments and health systems to modernize care delivery, strengthen digital infrastructure, and accelerate the adoption of electronic health records and AI-powered technologies. Over the past year, Oracle has also expanded strategic collaborations with customers including Emirates Health Services, M42, and Alrajhi Medicine.
