Alobaida is the CEO and Founder of SPC. In 2025, it led commercial workstreams and market positioning supporting IPO readiness. SPC also laid the foundation stone for a new insulin plant with Sanofi and nupco, expected to produce over 15 million pens annually and cover 70% of the Kingdom's insulin needs once operational. In Q1 2026, it achieved over 188% growth in private channel sales. Alobaida chairs the Investment Committee of Saudi Commission for Health Specialties and is the vice chairman of Meral Medical Clinics Company.
