Abdelghany became CEO of Fakeeh University Hospital in 2023 and assumed his current role at Fakeeh Health UAE in 2025. In February 2026, Fakeeh Health announced the launch of an AI-enabled smart clinics network across the UAE, following the launch of its smart clinic in DAFZ. In November 2025, Fakeeh University Hospital inaugurated Dubai’s first Integrated Mental Health and Blood Donation Centre. In January 2026, FUH partnered with Verita Neuro to launch the Middle East's first Epidural Stimulation Program for spinal cord injury patients. Abdelghany previously served as a physician consultant with Joint Commission International (JCI).
