Al Huqbani assumed his current position at HHC in 2023. HHC is Saudi Arabia’s national and largest health provider, serving over 30 million patients annually. In 2026, HHC launched the Taakad campaign, offering 10 preventive health tests to support early detection and proactive care. In H1 2026, he led the transfer of the first 10 clusters with over 130,000 employees from Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Health to HHC. Al Huqbani serves on the boards of several national healthcare organizations contributing to governance, strategic direction, and the advancement of population health initiatives.
