To create the list, we considered the following criteria, with each point assigned a weight. We excluded founders of listed companies and founders of startups that have exited. We focused on technology-based businesses with evidence of innovation and scalability.

Innovation:
Scalability potential of the entrepreneur’s main business.
Uniqueness of the products launched and to what extent the business has presented new inventions.
How technology has been used to simplify processes.

Entrepreneur:
How successful the entrepreneur has been overall and their personal achievements
The extensiveness and relevance of the entrepreneur’s work experience.
Recognitions received from governments.

Impact:
Impact of the entrepreneur on their industry.
Impact of the entrepreneur’s business on Kuwait’s economy.
Impact of the entrepreneur and their business on society.
